• Cancellation Policy: we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled within this 24-hour window cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Fixing Policy: we offer a one-week guarantee for any necessary fixes, excluding broken nails. If you miss your scheduled fixing appointment, we will be unable to provide further assistance under the guarantee. A new appointment must be booked and paid for, subject to the same policies.

• Refund Policy: if you booked through our Facebook, Instagram or website and canceled before 24 hours, please let us know to process the refund. The refund cannot be processed automatically.
